Private Pay Accepted

  • Initial assessment $150

  • Individual and family Sessions: $130

  • Sliding Scale: Yes (Based on Income)

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, all major credit cards, Flex Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

  • Cancellation Policy - If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay half the cost of the session fee.

Superbill Option available for outside insurances.

A superbill is a form used by medical practitioners and clinicians so they can quickly complete and submit the procedure(s) and diagnosis(s) for a patient visit for reimbursement

Medicaid Community based services  avaliable

Stone Counseling Services provides community based services to Medicaid recipients in the Columbus, OH area who live or attend school within 8 miles of Stone Counseling Services. Please contact Stone Counseling services at 614-407-4212 to discuss your potential service options.
