Private Pay Accepted

  • Initial Session $120

  • Individual and family Sessions: $100

  • Sliding Scale: Yes (Based on Income)

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, all major credit cards, Flex Spending Accounts.

  • Cancellation Policy - If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Superbill Option available for outside insurances.

A superbill is a form used by medical practitioners and clinicians so they can quickly complete and submit the procedure(s) and diagnosis(s) for a patient visit for reimbursement

Medicaid Clients only

Stone Counseling Services provides community and office based services to medicaid recipients in the Columbus, OH area. Please contact Stone Counseling services at 614-407-4212 to discuss your potential service options.
